PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable providing regional information service to a terminal user by transmitting regional information stored in a base station to a radio communication terminal, in a mobile radio communication system. SOLUTION: The base station BS4 is provided with a regional information storing means for storing the regional information data 402 and regional information sending function 401 for sending out the regional information data 402. The radio communication terminal PS301 is provided with a regional information receiving means for receiving the regional information data 402 transmitted from the base station BS4, and regional information displaying function 312 for displaying the regional information data 402 received with the receiving means. By this constitution, the regional information can be displayed on the basis of the information from the base station, in the radio communication terminal, without using a data base of a connection device (BCU), and occupation of a circuit for a long period can be prevented.
