PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an incomplete visual check of electrolytic solution and a space shortage or the like of the terminal surface hard to refill water, and aim at simplification of work by a semi-automated means. SOLUTION: A hand grip pump of 2-room constitution consisting of a water injection part and an air intake part is set by a removing space of liquid port plug to a target battery, and an injection is made, but bubbles at the liquid level or an excess share is sucked up by an air intake pipe when the liquid reaches a predetermined level. This is made as the sign of full refilling, and a level line surface is made unimportant.
