PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive package material for a nonaqueous electrolyte series battery having superior productivity and easy later processing, without being eroded by a nonaqueous electrolytic solution permeating through a synthetic resin film layer, and without peeling and deteriorations of bonding strength in a lithium battery using the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. SOLUTION: This is a package material for the nonaqueous electrolyte series battery, which has a constitution integrally laminated in the order from the outside as follows; a heat resistant resin film 1 which is a biaxially oriented film of either one kind of polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, or polypropylene/dry laminated adhesive 2/aluminum foil 3/dry laminated adhesive 4/a heat-fusible film 6 which is at least either one kind of polyolefin, polyolefin denaturated by grafting unsaturated carboxylic acid, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene acrylate copolymer, ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer, ionomer or ethylene ethyl methacrylate copolymer, which is vapor deposited 5 by a metal or inorganic oxide whose vapor deposition surface is made to be on the aluminum foil side.
