PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk reproducer having a vibration isolating structure to enhance vibration absorptive power by forming embosses on the surface of a vibration isolating material. SOLUTION: The disk reproducer comprises a mechanical chassis 3 which is mounted with a mechanism for driving the disk and a mechanism for reproducing the data recorded on the disk, a mechanical unit substrate 51, the vibration isolating member 4 which is the vibration isolating member for elastically supporting the mechanical chassis 3 to the mechanical unit substrate by compressive strain, has a hole part and is embossed over the entire part and a fixing means which is inserted into the hole part of the vibration isolating member 4 and fixes the mechanical chassis 3 elastically supported across the vibration isolating member 4 to the mechanical unit substrate 51. The contact areas of the fixing means and mechanical chassis 3 coming into contact with each other are decreased by the embosses of the vibration isolating member 4.
