PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is superior in a cycle property by suppressing deterioration of a binder accompanied with the progress of charging discharging cycles. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a process in which a mixture containing an active substance and the binder is pasted and coated on an electro-conductive support body to install a mixture layer and in which it is dried to prepare the electrode plate, and a process in which the electrode plate is pinched by a flat plate to pressurize at a temperature not less than the glass transition point of the binder are experienced.
