<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal that transmits an answer of a questionnaire made for voice information by means of information other than the voice information (characters or numerical values or the like). SOLUTION: The server unit of this invention is provided with a database 200, an Internet server 300, a CTI voice reply server 400, and a control section, (1) the Internet server 300 can transmit character data and image data to an information communication terminal 80 and receive communication switching instruction data from the information communication terminal 80, (2) the CTI voice reply server 40 can transmit a voice resulting from reproducing the voice data to the information communication terminal 80. The control section controls the Internet server 300 and the CTI voice reply server 400 in a way that (3-1) the control section interrupts data communication and starts voice communication when the control section receives the communication switching instruction data from the information communication terminal 80, and (3-2) transmits the voice to the information communication terminal 80, interrupts the voice communication and restart the data communication.</p> |
