PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal imbedding type quartz vibrator that can prevent a lateral shift from being caused when the vibrator is mounted on a substrate. SOLUTION: In the terminal imbedding type quartz vibrator having a signal terminal and a fixing terminal made of a metal, the fixing terminal is shaped to be connected in a cross direction of the terminal imbedding type quartz vibrator, and a positioning member used to position the molded quartz vibrator is formed in connection to the fixed terminal, the positioning member is provided at a center side in the length direction of the terminal imbedding type quartz vibrator and configured to be placed toward the center from a position of a land pattern provided to a mounted substrate when the vibrator is mounted on the substrate.
