SOLUTION: In the case structure of the electronic equipment where the panel 2 is interlocked to the case 1, a plurality of first and second ribs 1a and 1b are provided in the case 1. In this case, the first ribs 1 a extend in an L shape from a tip back surface to the inside and then the outside, and the second ribs 1b extend from the back surface to the inside at the middle position of the first ribs 1a. In the panel 2, third and fourth ribs and a fifth rib 2c are provided.
