SOLUTION: A concave part 5 for loading the battery pack is formed at a mobile telephone main body 4, a locking claw 7 for locking the battery pack is installed at a side wall 5a of the concave part 5 capable of advancing and retreating via a spring 8, and a protrusion 9 for locking the battery pack is installed at a side wall 5b. By installing a concave part 3 to lock in the locking claw 7 for locking the battery pack to the telephone main body 4 at one end of the battery pack, and by installing a concave part 10 to lock the battery pack to the protrusion 9 for locking the battery pack in the telephone main body 4 at the other end, the protrusion for locking is not formed on the battery pack 1.
