PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that can notify a date and time of a destination. SOLUTION: A ROM 20 stores a time zone table T. A RAM 30 stores a 'FAX number' of a destination, a 'name' of the destination, and a 'time zone number' of the destination. An MPU 10 counts a sender side date and time. Thus, in the case of faxing data from a copy function attached facsimile terminal 1 to the destination, a display section 70 displays the destination date and time depending on the 'time zone number' at a sender side, and the 'time zone number' of the destination and a sender time date and time. As a result, visual recognition of the destination date and time displayed on the display section 70 allows an operator to stop faxing when the destination date and time indicates a time outside the working hours of the destination. Thus, the operator can fax data by taking the time difference into account.
