PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make securable the stability of an operation even when many pieces of key information are inputted to an assigner for giving priority to the latter arrival. SOLUTION: A means 1 (pre-assigner) for limiting poly-number (polyphonic number) limits input key information to a first poly-number.
