SOLUTION: A plurality of insulated core wires 2a, 2b... are arranged in parallel with each other, and a fusion bond part 3 bonding adjacent insulated core wires 2 by fusion with each other, and a pair twist part 4 twisting a pair of insulated core wires 2, are formed in the longitudinal direction one after the other, and the fusion bond part 3 and the pair twist part 4 are put between plastic tapes 7, 7 and laminated, and the plastic tapes 7, 7 are adhered and fixed to the fusion bond part 3 and to the pair twist part.
