PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of electrostatic capacity, insulation resistance and heat resistance of a laminated ceramic capacitor due to changes in an atmosphere during formation of an external electrode. SOLUTION: An internal electrode made of base metal and a dielectric ceramic sheet are laid alternately overlapping each other, to obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor. To form its external electrode, a degreased area is divided into two, and the quantity of mixing oxygen in the first degreased area is fixed, and the quantity of mixing oxygen in the second degreased area is baked through automatic control.
