PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional processor, etc., which can solve the problem that shape deformation and property changes are reflected on all assemblies or subassemblies referring to a component although only an assembly or subassembly having referred to common components, etc., should be deformed in shape or changed in property in the scene graph representing the assembly. SOLUTION: This processor is equipped with an external storage device 3 where a database of three-dimensional data constituted in tree hierarchical structure is structured, a shape selection part 12 which selects specific shape elements in the database, a shape deformation part 13 which deforms the shape of the selected shape element, a property change part 14 which changes property information on the selected shape, and a data reconstitution part 15 which duplicates data on the object shape element and replaces the deformed data or property-changed data with the duplicated data when the shape deformation or property change is carried out.
