PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating system making the risetime shortest for power generating, for preheating the hydrogen-rich fuel gas generated in a reformer, a transformer, and a carbon monoxide remover. SOLUTION: A switch means is set up at an exhaust part of a combustor which heats a reformer to generate hydrogen rich gas, and is controlled by a control device, so that the exhaust gas is introduced at a start-up to the first route which sends the exhaust gas through an exhaust heat exchanger in a hot water circulating route and the second route leading to surroundings of a transformer and surroundings of a carbon monoxide remover. At the first route, a fuel cell is preheated through a cooling water circulating route, and at the second route, the transformer and the carbon monoxide remover and preheated, and that, an exhaust gas distribution and switching to the first route and the second route are structured so as to complete the preheating of the system the fastest. |
