PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable certifying device, with which a large quantity of certification information can be confirmed with one device, the management of the term of validity for each of certification information can be easily performed and the updating procedure can be promoted. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a storage means for storing certification information 10, a select button 2 to be operated by a user, a date managing means for managing a date, a processing means for extracting the certification information 10 designated by the select button 2 from the storage means, an output display means for outputting and displaying the extracted certification information 10 on one part of or all the display part 50 and a radio communication means 6 for transmitting or receiving the certification information 10 when updating or authenticating the relevant certification information and concerning the certification information displayed on the display part 50, rotating display, expanded display or resolution control is suitably performed. |
