PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for imaging a three-dimensional video by field time division system in which a good three-dimensional video can be reproduced at all times. SOLUTION: Information of the focal length of an imaging optical system, information of the base line length, i.e., the interval of incident light axis between first and second imaging light axes for left and right eyes, and information of convergence angle, i.e., the angle of incident light axis between first and second imaging light axes, is transmitted in the form of digital values from the control section 291 of a focus optical unit (taking lens unit) to a camera body unit where the information and information indicating to which of video signals for left and right eye the odd/even fields of an inputted video signal correspond are recorded, in the form of digital values, on a recording medium 41 along with the video and audio signals. |
