PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database device and a database client device and a recording medium for allowing plural devices to use control data stored in a monitoring device, and deciding whether or not maintenance is necessary by adding a reference value necessary for maintenance as data. SOLUTION: This equipment control system is provided with a database device 2 being the destination of the recording of operation data acquired by a monitoring device 1 and a database client device 3 for transmitting and receiving information through a network 6 with the database device 2, and for displaying the data recorded by the database device 2, and for performing data input. The database device 2 records the reference value of the maintenance of equipment 4 to be monitored, and the monitoring device 1 or the database client device 3 outputs display or printing to promote the maintenance when the operation data exceeds or approaches the reference value of the maintenance.
