PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily predictable a demand for every area when a scrapped CD is republicated. SOLUTION: A mediator 10 discloses the list of scrapped CD on the Internet 60. A client 40 selects a scrapped CD desired to be republished out of the scrapped CD list disclosed on the Internet 60 and applies that information and area information showing the location of the client 40 to the mediator 10. Based on the information provided from the client 40, the mediator 10 determines the scrapped CD to become the candidate of republication and a list (republication candidate CD list) predicting the demand of the scrapped CD for each area is generated and applied to a music company as a selling source of the scrapped CD. Based on the recovery candidate CD list, the music company determines the CD to be republished, the area of forwarding and the quantity of forwarding and applies the list of CD determined to be republished (republication determined CD list) to the mediator 10. |
