PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of restoring a BIOS in a simple operation. SOLUTION: In this information processor on which a flash memory 12 which stores a BIOS for controlling a basic device is mounted, a BIOS restoration program for loading BIOS data stored in an FD 4 or a hard disk device 13 to the flash memory 12 is stored in an ROM 11. Therefore, the BIOS restoration program stored in the ROM 11 is executed by a CPU 10 so that even when the BIOS data are destroyed due to any computer virus or the like, the BIOS can be restored. |
