Through-holes 9, 9,... are open to parts of the bridges 4, 4,... of the foil 2 built in an antenna precursory sheet 7 formed by laminating both sides of the foil 2 with films 6, 6, and parts of the positioning sections 2a, 2a,... communicatively connected to the flat coil sections 3, 3,... or proper positions of the antenna precursory sheets 7, 7,... by the laser processing or the pressing or the like. |
