PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable changing individual memory reading addresses of plural time slots collectively, with simple constitution, and prevent generation of hits in the case of changing. SOLUTION: When service-out and service-in are present during operation of an SCM 24a, SPM reading addresses after change are written collectively in an SCM 24b. A select signal SEL1 to a selector signal forming part 31 is switched over (SEL1=H) with arbitrary timing from the outside. The selector signal forming part 31 latches the select signal SEL1=H and switches over a select signal SEL0 (SEL0=1) when the SPM reading address from a read counter 23 becomes a head address. A selector 25 performs switching from the SCM 24a to the SCM 24b on the boundary of a frame. |
