<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal to enable a user to easily find an image file created by the portable information terminal itself or the same kind of a terminal in the portable image terminal capable of inputting/ outputting data from a memory card. SOLUTION: The portable information terminal is provided with a memory card interface to input/output a data file, etc., with the memory card, a storage means to store object information such as image data and a display device to display an image data file. A folder exclusive for the present terminal is searched first, reading thumbnail image data in the image file stored in a directly under it when the folder is found, and the thumbnail is displayed in the highest order when an image is read. Thus, the user can find the image created by the present terminal or the one created by other terminal and stored in the folder exclusive for the present terminal without taking time and labor.</p> |
