PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a sure and low-cost ground and to reduce the size of an electronic device without adversely affecting the electronic device. SOLUTION: In this rotary drum device, a rotary drum 9 is disposed in a rotatable manner relative to a fixed drum 2. A fit hole 20 is formed in the fixed drum made of conductive material. A ground pin 21 comprises a tube part 22 and a connection tongue piece 23 formed in one body out of a conductive metal plate. The tube part is fitted in and supported by the fit hole. On the outside of the tube part, the tongue piece of the ground pin is soldered 26 to a ground pattern 14 of a circuit board 14 supported on the fixed drum.
