<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product trade-in system for efficiently collecting old products. SOLUTION: The product trade-in system is provided with a sales center terminal 3, a collection center terminal 2 and a delivery center terminal 4, which are connected to a network 5. When purchased article data and trade-in article data are transmitted from a user terminal 1 to the collection center terminal, the collection center terminal returns the cost of a purchased article, the appraisal of a trade-in article and a user paying amount being the difference to the user terminal. When an order signal is transmitted from the user terminal to the collection center terminal, the collection center terminal transmits the order signal, purchased article data and trade-in article data to the sales center terminal. The sales center terminal transmits a delivery request to the delivery center terminal. The delivery center terminal specifies the article ordered by the user, the delivery destination of the article and the trade-in article based on the received delivery request.</p> |
