PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a gasket-equipped decorative frame for mounting on the front surface of the bottom of an inner box and a mounting structure thereof to be easily assembled to a cabinet, securing high airtightness. SOLUTION: Heat insulating inner and outer doors are mounted on the front surface of a cabinet formed as a heat insulating casing in which a product storage rack and a cooling/heating unit are mounted, and the gasket-equipped decorative frame is mounted on the front surface of the bottom of the inner box in opposite relationship to the heat insulating inner door. The decorative frame 8 comprises a long baseplate 8a made of hard resin with a hook part 8a-1 of a U-shaped cross section formed on the upper edge thereof, and a gasket 8b formed integrally with the front surface of the baseplate along the longitudinal direction of the baseplate. With the hook part inserted for engagement with the upper edge of the front surface flange 1c of the bottom plate 1b of the inner box, the lower portion of the baseplate is fastened to the cabinet with a clamping screw 10.
