PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issuing system capable of effecting a card issuing process in a short time after application, in an efficient way by eliminating the need for an information input process based on items on an application needed at the time of card issuing. SOLUTION: The card issuing system includes: a user terminal device having an input means for inputting registration application information under control of a card user himself, a display means for displaying an input direction screen, and an application originating means for originating an application on which the registration application information inputted is displayed; a provider terminal device having an input means for inputting permission information if an inspection based on information on the application results in the permission of the user's registration; a registration center having a data originating means for receiving the registration application information and permission information via a communications line and originating card issuing data, and a storage means for storing the card issuing data; and a card issuing device for issuing a card on receiving the card issuing data from the registration center via the communications line. |
