PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of the settlement in a non-facing sales such as electronic commerce or the like and the debit settlement in a card transaction by providing a necessary sum of money as deposit in a commercial transaction by use of the actually possessed assets, or setting a credit ceiling different from a conventional one by deposit provision. SOLUTION: A system and database allowing a financial institution or a deposit authorization receiver to regularly grasp the present value of the assets of a person concerned with a transaction and the balance of deposit un-established assets thereof and promptly set or release the deposit to and from the assets is prepared, whereby the deposit of a necessary sum of money can be provided to the counter of the transaction at any time. A system and database allowing the financial institution or deposit authorization receiver to preliminarily set the deposit in the assets of the person concerned with the transaction and regularly grasp the balance of the credit ceiling caused thereby is prepared, whereby a highly safe credit ceiling can be set to the person concerned with the transaction. |
