PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for promoting net surfing, capable of promoting reading of homepage. SOLUTION: A stamp rally sponsor server and a plurality of client servers for providing stamp installation points on homepages are provided. A stamp in which link information to be linked to the stamp rally sponsor server is embedded is stuck to at least one screen of the homepages of the client servers. The stamp rally sponsor server provides a screen into which user specification information is to be input to a user terminal when a user clicks the stamp on the homepage of the client server by using the user terminal, the specification information of the user is obtained, and point obtain information is registered into a data base in relation to the obtained user specification information. |
