<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell back cover material which is lightweight, thin-walled, excellent in moisture resistance, durability, and insulation, and free from troubles such as a leakage current or a short circuit in an inner wiring and a solar cell which is provided with the above back cover material as its back side protective member and has high durability and high performance. SOLUTION: Two heat-resistant and weather-resistant films are laminated through the intermediary of a moisture-resistant film 3 into a solar cell back cover material of integral structure. The moisture-resistant film 3 is formed by a method wherein an evaporated film 5 is formed on the surface of a base film 4.</p> |
