PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interaction method, a device therefor and a storage medium storing program therefor, with which speaking of a user is guided to acceptable speaking concerning a user, with whom it is discriminated that the procedure of an interaction with an interactive processing part is not known. SOLUTION: Concerning the user interaction method, the device therefor and the storage medium storing the program therefor, this device is provided with an interactive processing part 7 having an audio input part 21 or text input part 22 as an input part 2, an instruction information storage part 4 storing instruction information showing the interactive procedure of the interactive processing part 7 by means of audio or audio and video for example, an instruction reproducing part 3 for reproducing the instruction information stored in the instruction information storage part 4 and a user identification part 1 for starting the instruction reproducing part 3 for a first-time user by discriminating whether the user is a first-time user or not.
