SOLUTION: According to operation of a terminal device 10 by an idea- keeper, the idea evaluated by means of a newness inspection server device 30 and an economic value evaluation server 31 is registered in a capitalist collecting server device 32, and a capital provider providing capital for operating the idea is collected. Using the capital provided by the capital provider, processing for operating the idea is carried out with a management server device 33. |
