PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attain the unitary management of the working situations, etc., of employees by constructing a data base for managing the working situations etc., of employees. SOLUTION: This system includes the 1st terminal devices 11 which are given to each employee, a data storage part 3 which stores the input data and a data storage control part 2 which stores the input data received from the devices 11 into the part 3. The control part 2 includes a stored data monitoring part which monitors whether the input data having a set input period are stored in the part 3 and an input instruction mail transmission part which transmits the data input instruction mails to the devices 11 for instructing input of the input data having a set input period when the input data are not inputted within the set input period. |
