PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increment of a chip occupancy area due to storage elements, when electrical fuses and cut-off type fuses are used for saving address information. SOLUTION: A saving unit (UNITb) having electrical fuses storing information by difference of threshold voltage and being electrically programmable and an address comparing circuit is arranged in a second region (22), and a saving unit (UNITa) having laser fuses and an address comparing circuit is arranged in a first region (21). Both regions are adjacent along an address signal wiring (20) for the comparing circuit, the address signal wiring is arranged linearly. Even if the electrical fuses and laser fuses coexist for storing relieving address, difference between chip occupancy areas due to difference between constitutions can be adjusted by size in the direction of the address signal wiring, increment of chip occupancy area can be suppressed.
