PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect update contents on the program of an accessing side even before restarting an operating system when shared file such as a dynamic link library(DLL) is updated. SOLUTION: A new DLL file for update is held in an information processing system in a temporary file name, a file name correspondence information table is prepared between the formal file name of the update object DLL file and the temporary file name, and when a file load request is made to the current DLL file being an update object, the file load request is subjected to book processing, the current DLL file name is converted into the temporary file name of the new DLL file for update and a file load pressing request is made to the OS.
