PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal facsimile terminal that can efficiently be reused, assuming a reuse system by a rental or lease sale. SOLUTION: The personal facsimile terminal is characterized in that the terminal is provided with a printer unit accommodating function components for print into a printer unit case, an external storage device, a communication unit such as a modem, a power supply module, a main unit whose connector to an external device is contained in a main unit case, a liquid crystal display device having a touch panel, a CPU that controls the entire personal facsimile terminal, a head unit that contains a scanner reading an original to a head unit case as component. Each of the component units has a connector to electrically couple with the other units, and the component units can be freely coupled with each other and removed from each other.
