<p>A quadrivalent (DTwPH) combination vaccine comprising diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid, whole cell pertussis, and HBsAg, and a method for preparing the same are provided. In the preparation of the DTwPH combination vaccine, diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid are adsorbed onto aluminum phosphate (AlPO4) gels, and HBsAg is adsorbed onto aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3) gel. The DTwPH combination vaccine is adjusted to have a final pH of 6.5-7.5, and the concentrations of constituents also adjusted with the concentration of aluminum hydroxide gel in the range of 15-35 νgAl/mL.</p> |
