The outer surface (30) of the inner shell (3) has at least one helical cavity (3b). The inner shell is screwed into the support shell, and has a semi-spherical outer surface. The support shell has a semi-spherical inner surface. The fastenings are positioned on a plane at right angles to an axis (2m) of the support shell. The fastenings are movably connected to the support shell.
