The float (10) with shaft and antenna can be altered in shape by replacement intermediate elements inserted between the two halves (11,12) of the float. The float is filled with weights (1,2) and or water through an opened and closed opening. The weight(s) is/are held in place through the pressure of a spring (3) inside the float.
