Retainer catches (18) stretch downwards in a V form from the sidewalls (4,5) of a fastener (3) and allow a lightning rod wire to lock into place with flexible expansion. When the lightning rod wire is locked in place, these catches also press it from above and hold it in place. The bottom ends (19) of the retainer catches are bent outwards and, when locked in place, the lightning rod wire's bottom side rests on a flexible element (8).
