The invention concerns a composition containing DHEA and/or a biological precursor and/or chemical or biological derivative thereof, characterised in that it further comprises at least a vitamin selected among vitamins B2, B3, B6, B8, B12, D and K. The invention also concerns cosmetic and dermatological uses of said composition, in particular for preventing skin ageing symptoms.
