<p>A Model-View-Controller software architecture can be adapted for use in a distributed data software application in a Model-View-Controller-Client Architecture (Figure 4) by providing model component (Figure 4, #151), view component (Figure 4, #152) and Controller (Figure 4, #153) component. Each view component can access model component and corresponding controller component. The model component can encapsulate core data subject to state changes. The view component can observe state changes in the core data and can update a user interface with the state changes observed in the model component. The view component and corresponding controller component can be registered with a change propagation mechanism linked to the model component. The change propagation mechanism can notify the view component and the corresponding controller component of state changes in the core data encapsulated in the model component. and corresponding controller component can be registered with a change propagation mechanism linked to the model component.
