The slide sleeve (7) has a main body and a gear-shift fork guide consisting of an attachment (9) around the sleeve-body and protruding radially from the main sleeve body. The cross-section of the attachment is defined by side surfaces (9c.d.e) in both lengthwise directions of the slide-sleeve. The outlines of the side surfaces, starting from the sleeve-guide towards the radially outward pointing end of the attachment, initially are parallel with each other, then run at a slope and finally cross each other at the attachment-end.
