Radiating elements (10) having coplanar wings (11, 12) and a middle tubular fitting portion (13) fir directly conveying the heating/cooling fluid, the wings (11, 12) being arranged in a plane crossing, tangent-wise, the bottom portion of the middle tubular portion (13). The wings (11, 12) comprise stiffening ribs (16, 17). Quick fitting elements (18), engaged in the end portions of the middle tubular portion (13), allow adjoining radiating elements (10) to be coupled by using, for example, flexible plastics material tubular elements (20).
