A line arrangement in the floor region of a car has a main line bunch belonging to the on-board network which extends almost over the whole length of the vehicle bottom bounding the cabin at the bottom. It is laid at least predominantly in a recess of the floor plate running along the top side of the floor plate. The main line bunch is a first main cable bunch (110) of a cable tree (107) divided into two main cable bunches before its entry into the recess of the floor plate (65). The second main cable bunch (115) is laid almost parallel to the first main cable bunch below the floor plate.
