In order to produce the health-promoting composition, lemons are cut into slices and these slices are left for 12 to 16 days at room temperature inside a container provided with a cover. After this period, approximately 1 kg of honey is poured over the lemon slices and the mixture is left inside the container for another 12 to 16 days. Afterwards, 90 to 100 g of flower pollen and 400 to 600 ml of carob syrup are added. The entire mixture is then left inside the container for an additional 9 to 11 days. Over the entire course of production, the mixture is briefly stirred once every two days. Following the 9 to 11 days, the mixture is pressed through a sieve and filtered in order to produce the finished product. The invention also relates to a composition produced according to said method. |
