PURPOSE: A system for mediating a payment between persons and protecting a payment process using the Internet is provided to perform a social transaction transparently with securing an interactive confidence for completing a secure transaction. CONSTITUTION: Selling commodity information and buyer information are received from an Internet connection unit of a seller(1). The information is transmitted to a company(server computer)(2). Information inputted by a seller is checked from an Internet connection unit of the buyer(3). If a condition of the buyer is satisfied, a commodity price is paid. The payment is performed through not the seller but the company(server computer), thus a stability of the payment is secured. Payment information is transmitted to the seller(4). The seller checks the payment information and the commodity is delivered to the buyer(5). The buyer checks the commodity and receives the commodity(6,7). The receipt of the commodity is checked from the Internet connection unit of the buyer and a commodity price payment is approved(8). The price is paid to an account of the seller based on price payment approval information(9,10).
