The device has a base body (1) of transparent material with at least two light input coupling surfaces (2) and a reflector (3) partly covering the base body with openings for the input coupling surfaces and containing an electrical conductor network (4) with at least two exposed contact sections (5) per light input coupling surface. A circuit board can be applied to the coupling surfaces in connection with them in shape locking manner. Independent claims are also included for the following: a light conductor module.
