<p>System for working and processing materials, for example for disintegrating different materials, especially elastomers, in different branches of industry for lowering quantity of waste. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing with: branch pipes for introducing initial material and discharging ready product. Working tool is mounted on shaft inside said housing. Tool is connected with drive unit. Surface of tool is formed by large number of cutting edges there are ducts embedded into the body of tool. Cavities of ducts are joined by means of shaped passages with source of pressurized fluid. Angle of attack of cutting edges is selected in range 85-95 degrees. Drive unit power is in range 100-300 kWt; revolution number of tool is in ranger of 3,000-12,000 rev/min. EFFECT is enhanced efficiency of apparatus, increased dispersion degree and uniformly of structure of ready product 2 cl 3 dwg.</p> |
