METHOD, SYSTEM AND PROGRAM OF INDICATING EXPRESSION PHENOMENON OF BIOSYSTEM

An expression indication system whereby gene expression data are indicated (printed) in time series in a visually or intuitively perceivable manner to thereby support workers for the convenient clarification of a gene network mechanism. This system is provided with a memory means of memorizing the expression data in per cell or site with time axis, and a processing means of visualizing and indicating the gene expression phenomenon on a monitor. It involves the step of indicating the biosystem shape at the cell or site under the observation of the expression phenomenon as a three-dimensional image on a monitor, the step of setting a three-dimensional eye point for observing the gene expression phenomenon on the biosystem shape thus indicated, and the step of forming a three-dimensional expression phenomenon image on the eye point thus set or on a fixed eye point and indicating the image in a monochromic or multichromic gradation depending on the expression frequency at the corresponding cell or site.
